The Welsh Government has introduced “Taith” a scheme more similar to the Erasmus programme than anything the Tory-run, Westminster government has suggested.
Losing access to the Erasmus programme has affected, and will continue to affect, the opportunities for young people to experience the programme offers.
I had, over a number of years, the pleasure of meeting and working with Erasmus students through Cardiff University School of Medicine. Without exception these were bright, engaged young people who clearly saw the benefits of the programme.
