1 thought on “Bonus-cap scrap would be dubious Brexit dividend | Reuters”
The difficulty with current politicians is to know whether they believe what they say or whether they are speaking to achieve an objective. As a Remain campaigner there is not the slightest doubt in my mind that there will be a substantial hit to the UK economy because of Brexit, which will be obvious to all when the excuses disappear. Surely, by now most Brexiters in government must be realising this. So they need to do something to head off this embarassment. It could be they think that removing the banker’s bonus cap will do the trick.
